Transformación digital e innovación empresarial serán abordados en el 33.° Encuentro Empresarial del Norte
Reconocidos especialistas en temas tecnológicos hablarán acerca de los ineludibles cambios hacia la virtualidad en la etapa post COVID-19.
Tras dos años de cuarentena impuesta en gran parte del mundo a causa del COVID-19la interacción entre las personas cambió de manera rápida modificando también la manera de tomar decisiones y de hacer negocios. Frente a ello, la Cámara de Comercio de La Libertad y la Confiep abordarán los desafíos de la transformación digital y la innovación empresarial en el 33. ° Encuentro Empresarial del Norte (EEN).
La transformación digital en empresas
Según el Estudio RTM (Real Time Management) realizado a líderes de empresas a finales del 2021, indica que los sectores que tienen mayor conocimiento sobre transformación digital son Tecnología y Comunicaciones, Servicios Financieros (Actividades financieras y de seguros) y Servicios Profesionales (Abogados, Consultoría, Contabilidad, Otros).
El estudio además señala que la transformación digital ha implicado relevantes cambios tecnológicos, culturales, de procesos operativos, de producto o servicio y de modelo de negocio. Agrega, que solo el 24% de las empresas vinculadas a los encuestados, lleva 3 o más años en su proceso de transformación digital. Otro 24% lleva dos años, el 22% un año y el 30% menos de un año.
Asimismo, solo el 26% logró obtener resultados tangibles en menos de un año, mientras que el otro el 29% indicó que lo hizo entre uno y dos años y el 35% indicó que aún no ha sido posible obtener resultados tangibles.
Por su parte, Marushka Chocobar, funcionaria de la Secretaría de Gobierno y Transformación Digital de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM), informa que el costo de un trámite digital genera un ahorro del 95 % respecto al costo de un trámite presencial. Además, señala que el Perú tiene un potencial de ahorro operacional por digitalización de pagos de 96 millones de dólares. Se estima que para el 2025 las plataformas digitales podrían aumentar el PBI global en 2,7 billones por el aumento de la productividad, mayor empleo y una participación más alta en el mercado laboral.
La digitalización en el Perú
Ahora bien, a nivel poblacional, según el Instituto Nacional de Estadística e Informática (INEI), en los primeros tres meses del 2022, 73 de cada 100 personas de 6 a más años de edad, accedieron a Internet en el país, lo que significa un 72.5 % de crecimiento al comparar el nivel de acceso en el mismo trimestre del 2021.
De enero a marzo del 2022, 91 de cada 100 personas de 6 y más años de edad que tiene acceso a Internet, hicieron uso diario de este servicio. Al comparar esta cifra con las del mismo trimestre de los años 2021 y 2019, se observa aumentos de 3,8 % y 11,8 %, respectivamente. Cabe señalar que el nivel de uso de Internet es similar entre hombres y mujeres.
