Reactiva Perú aportó 7 mil 500 millones de soles a empresas del norte peruano

Pese a ello, todavía se requieren mejores mecanismos por parte del Estado para mejor el proceso de reactivación económica. Este tema será abordado durante el 32. ° Encuentro Empresarial del Norte.

Trujillo, 20 de noviembre de 2021. El Programa Reactiva Perú entregó 7 mil 518 millones de soles a las empresas del norte del país para continuar la cadena de pagos, “otorgando garantías a las micro, pequeñas, medianas y grandes empresas para que puedan acceder a créditos de capital de trabajo y cumplir con sus obligaciones de corto plazo con sus trabajadores y proveedores de bienes y servicios”, según el Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas (MEF).

Las empresas de La Libertad se beneficiaron con dos mil 529 millones de soles; Piura con mil 684 millones; Lambayeque mil 352 millones; seguido por las empresas cajamarquinas con mil 30 millones y Áncash con 923 millones de soles.

“En general las medidas del Banco Central de Reserva favorecieron a que el crédito registre un comportamiento contracíclico, para contrarrestar los efectos negativos de la pandemia sobre la economía. Reactiva Perú formuló un mecanismo extraordinario para otorgar liquidez y promover la expansión al sector privado”, señaló Francisco Huertas, presidente del Instituto de Economía y Empresa (IEE), aliado técnico del 32. ° Encuentro Empresarial del Norte (EEN).

El economista comentó los indicadores del Banco Central a julio de 2021: “Del monto total de créditos Reactiva Perú desembolsados desde mayo de 2020 (S/ 58 374 millones), se han cancelado y amortizado el 12,5 %. Se observa que las empresas del segmento corporativo y grandes empresas son las que amortizaron en mayor medida (24,8 %). Estas empresas accedieron a créditos con garantías de 80 y 90 %, que son las que han cancelado sus créditos con mayor anticipación. Particularmente, las medianas empresas cancelaron y amortizaron el 7,3 % de sus deudas; mientras que las MYPE el 3,0 %”.

Se evidencia, agregó, que el programa evitó el rompimiento en la cadena de pagos producto del choque negativo y repentino de la pandemia sobre la oferta y la demanda. Es claro que los créditos del programa Reactiva Perú generaron un comportamiento anticíclico del crédito, lo que contribuyó a la apreciable recuperación de la economía.

 

32.° Encuentro Empresarial del Norte

Precisamente, para analizar el comportamiento de la economía en el Perú, este martes 21 se inicia el 32.° Encuentro Empresarial del Norte, la conferencia  inaugural estará a cargo de Javier Beverinotti, economista país del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo sobre Panorama económico mundial y continuará con Estabilidad monetaria a cargo del exvicerrector de Investigación de ESAN, Jorge Guillén Uyen; el Panorama económico nacional será ofrecido por Diego Macera Poli, director del BCRP y gerente general del Instituto Peruano de Economía; y los exministros de Economía, Alonso Segura Vasi y Luis Miguel Castilla Rubio disertarán sobre Panorama económico nacional y política fiscal y Estabilidad fiscal, respectivamente.

El miércoles 24, Daniel Barco, Economista país del Banco Mundial para Perú iniciará la tarde con Políticas de reactivación (desafíos para el desarrollo de las Mypes); el exministro de Trabajo, Jorge Gonzales Izquierdo conversará sobre las Políticas laborales e informalidad en el mercado; y David Tuesta, presidente del Consejo Privado de Competitividad disertará el tema Mejora de la institucionalidad y fortalecimiento de la democracia en el Perú.

La minería y la agricultura son las fortalezas del norte peruano por lo que el programa del miércoles 24 continúa con un panel sobre estos temas con la participación de Rómulo Mucho, presidente de Agromin; Alejandro Fuentes León, presidente de Agap y Raúl Jacob Ruisánchez, presidente de la Sociedad Nacional de Minería.

Fernando Cillóniz explicará el impulso a la Agricultura tradicional; Leonie Roca, presidente de Afin, conversará sobre los Proyectos priorizados de infraestructura en el norte, y Amalia Moreno Vizcardo expondrá los avances del programa de Reconstrucción con Cambios en su calidad de directora ejecutiva de dicha entidad.

El tratamiento de ‘la nueva normalidad’ será abordada el último día del evento con Mauricio Arcila Garzón, gerente de Soluciones para LAS (Latin America Spanish) con la exposición Transformando la educación a través de la tecnología de soluciones; seguido por un panel de empresas peruanas con casos de éxito en transformación digital con Raúl Saldaña, gerente de TI y Procesos en Danper, Sylvia Santisteban, consultora en transformación digital y gestión del cambio y José Luis Altamiza, gerente de Regiones y Pymes de la Confiep. 

Las conferencias de cierre estarán a cargo del reconocido economista Alejandro Indacochea, docente en Centrum, sobre Retos de la nueva normalidad: implicancias en los negocios para reinventarse; y, El nuevo consumidor digital que será abordado por Javier Álvarez, director senior de Ipsos.
