Realidad de este importante sector será analizado en el 32. ° Encuentro Empresarial del Norte (EEN).
Trujillo, 9 de noviembre de 2021. La pandemia del COVID-19 habría ocasionado, a nivel nacional, el cierre de un importante número de micro y pequeñas empresas (MYPES), señaló Carlos Vílchez Pella, vicepresidente del directorio de Caja Trujillo y presidente de la Comisión de Eventos de la Cámara de Comercio de La Libertad (CCLL).
“Se estima que en el 2019 teníamos en el país tres millones de microempresas y este año bordearíamos los dos millones, porque habría cerrado un tercio de negocios en todo el país. La informalidad, por su lado, habría subido de 70 % a 85 %”, indicó Vílchez Pella.
Aunque es difícil su cálculo, fuentes oficiales afirman que las MYPES aportan el 20 % del PBI, pero la cifra podría bordear el 30 %. “La formalización es el derrotero y para ello debemos procurar incentivos tributarios, simplificación administrativa, generar compras de sus productos o servicios de parte del estado, educar en el manejo contable y financiero, apoyarlos con tecnología, marketing, mercados, entre muchas tareas pendientes”, señaló Vílchez Pella.
Si bien no se cuenta con cifras oficiales acerca de la caída de MYPES por regiones, el impacto de la salida del mercado de estos negocios sin duda ha generado la pérdida de muchos puestos de trabajos, por lo que urge tomar medidas para evitar la quiebra de más MYPES.

Durante la inauguración del 32. ° EEN, se contará con la charla magistral de Tomás Bermúdez, gerente del Departamento de países del Grupo Andino-BID, sobre el “Panorama económico mundial”; luego se tendrá la exposición de Julio Velarde Aspíllaga, presidente del BCR sobre “Estabilidad monetaria en el país” y, posteriormente, Diego Macera, gerente del IPE analizará el “Panorama económico nacional” y los exministros de Economía, Luis Miguel Castilla, y Alonso Segura disertarán sobre la “Estabilidad fiscal en el Perú”.
Al día siguiente, luego de la exposición de Daniel Barco del Banco Mundial, el economista Jorge Gonzáles Izquierdo tratará el tema sobre “Políticas laborales e informalidad en el mercado”; y David Tuesta, presidente del Consejo de Competitividad y el reconocido abogado Enrique Ghersi abordarán la “Mejora de la institucionalidad y fortalecimiento de la democracia en el Perú”.
Habrá, además, un panel que tratará las potencialidades de la minería y la agricultura con la intervención de Rómulo Mucho, presidente de Agromin; Alejandro Fuentes León, titular de AGAP y el presidente de la Sociedad Nacional de Minería, Raúl Jacob Ruisánchez. La agricultura tradicional será analizada por Fernando Cillóniz; Leonie Roca, presidenta de AFIN examinará los proyectos priorizados de infraestructura en el norte y Amalia Moreno Vizcardo expondrá los avances del programa de Reconstrucción con Cambios en su calidad de directora ejecutiva de dicha entidad.
En su tercera y última sesión, el jueves 25 de noviembre, el representante de Lenovo, empresa líder en tecnologías de la información analizará “Los Retos de la innovación y tecnología en las empresas”; a su turno, se contará con testimonios exitosos de empresas peruanas que han implementado proyectos de transformación digital, también se abordarán “Los retos de la nueva normalidad en los negocios y el nuevo consumidor digital”.
