33° Encuentro Empresarial del Norte disertará sobre el avance en la ejecución de inversión en el norte del país
Los gobiernos regionales del norte ejecutaron menos del 60 % en inversión para obras.
La Libertad y Cajamarca solo ejecutaron el 44 % a octubre del 2022.
A pocos días de culminar el año 2022, la gestión de la inversión pública en la macrorregión norte del Perú ha avanzado a paso lento, y es que según la consulta amigable del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas (MEF), el gasto de inversión a duras penas sobrepasa el 50 % solo en tres regiones de las cinco que pertenecen a la zona norte del país.
La Libertad y Cajamarca son las regiones que menos han invertido en obras públicas llegando solo a ejecutar el 44 % de su Presupuesto Inicial Modificado (PIM), a octubre del 2022; mientras que los departamentos de Tumbes, Piura y Lambayeque superan el 50 % en los primeros meses del 2022.
A propósito, en el 33.º Encuentro Empresarial del Norte (ENN) que organizan la Cámara de Comercio de La Libertad (CCLL) y la Confiep, se analizará el panorama de la gestión pública nacional, regional y local, así como las implicancias en la resolución de los principales problemas de sus regiones. El evento empresarial se desarrollará del 30 de noviembre al 2 de diciembre y será 100% presencial.
Gasto por regiones
Según las cifras oficiales del Banco Central de Reserva del Perú (BCRP), el Gobierno Regional La Libertad, cuenta con un PIM de más de 3,108 millones de soles y ha ejecutado, a octubre del 2022 solo el 44 %, pese a que esta región cuenta con necesidades urgentes que atender en salud, seguridad, educación, entre otros.
Para el caso de la región Cajamarca, el nivel de gasto en obras públicas de 44 %, cifra insuficiente para atender las principales necesidades de su población.
De otro lado, Tumbes ha ejecutado alrededor del 57 %; mientras que Piura ejecutó el 53 %. Finalmente, Lambayeque registra un nivel de gasto de 53 %, cifras de igual manera insuficientes, considerando que estamos a puertas de culminar el año fiscal 2022 y no llegan al 60 %.

Es oportuno mencionar que en esta 33. ° edición se desarrollará la 5.ta Rueda de Negocios en el marco del encuentro empresarial, que espera convocar a los empresarios, quienes darán a conocer su oferta de productos y servicios, generándoseles la posibilidad de establecer nuevos y fructíferos lazos comerciales.
