Actualmente, cuenta con cuatro de los rellenos sanitarios más importantes del país, ubicados en Lima Metropolitana, Chilca, La Libertad y próximamente Arequipa. Estos han sido construidos asegurando altos estándares para la disposición final de residuos peligrosos y no peligrosos. Asimismo, son regulados y fiscalizados por la OEFA.
