El Centro de Conciliación y Arbitraje Empresarial (CCAE) de la Cámara de Comercio de La Libertad (CCLL) es el de mayor prestigio en la administración de procesos de conciliación extrajudicial y arbitrajes en el norte del Perú, y cuenta con 22 años de comprobada experiencia y eficiencia su desempeño.
Bajo el respaldo de la Cámara de Comercio de La Libertad, el CCAE apuesta constantemente por fortalecer su posicionamiento en el mercado local, respaldado por una nómina de expertos de reconocida trayectoria y ética profesional, lo que le permite ser líder en la resolución de controversias.
Es oportuno mencionar que el proceso de “Conciliación Extrajudicial” está certificado con las normas internacionales ISO 9001:2015 de gestión de la calidad e ISO 14001:2015 de gestión ambiental.
Además, brinda asesoría gratuita y personalizada a instituciones públicas y privadas, relacionada a los servicios de conciliación y arbitraje y en las materias que se resuelven en ellos, ayudando entro otros puntos, a redactar una correcta Cláusula de Solución de Controversias.
Durante el 2021 y en lo que va del 2022, se ejecutaron más 24 procesos atendidos en materias de tenencia, régimen de visitas, alimentos, obligación de dar suma de dinero, indemnización, desalojo, resolución de contrato y otros. Se iniciaron 71 procesos arbitrales en materias de contrataciones con el Estado, resolución y nulidad de contrato, indemnización y obligación de dar suma de dinero.
