de impulsar el empoderamiento y liderazgo femenino en los negocios, recientemente, Caja Trujillo particip\u00f3 en la <strong>\ud835\udc08<\/strong> las emprendedoras de la zona norte del pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: Justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Es as\u00ed que, en dicho evento, Caja Trujillo present\u00f3 el cr\u00e9dito &#8216;Empod\u00e9rate Mujer&#8217;, el cual busca impulsar los negocios y emprendimientos de la fuerza laboral femenina en nuestra regi\u00f3n y en todo el pa\u00eds, ya que la mayor\u00eda de negocios en el Per\u00fa son liderados por damas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: Justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El referido encuentro fue organizado por la C\u00e1mara de Comercio de La Libertad, donde m\u00e1s de 200 mujeres fueron capacitadas y reconocidas por destacar en la fundaci\u00f3n, gesti\u00f3n y crecimiento de sus negocios en distintos rubros de la econom\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: Justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El gerente Central de Negocios de Caja Trujillo, Hans Terrones P\u00e9rez, destac\u00f3 la importancia de este tipo de eventos, indicando que, cada d\u00eda hay m\u00e1s mujeres haciendo empresa y generando millones de puestos de trabajo, tanto en la regi\u00f3n La Libertad como en el resto del pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: Justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cNosotros sabemos del enorme aporte, esfuerzo y liderazgo que la mujer peruana tiene en los negocios, por lo que este tipo de reconocimiento es justo y muy importante para animarlas a seguir haciendo empresas\u201d, expres\u00f3 el funcionario de Caja Trujillo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: Justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Como se recuerda, actualmente, Caja Trujillo es la microfinanciera con mayor solvencia econ\u00f3mica del Per\u00fa, donde genera m\u00e1s de 2 mil empleos directos, siendo casi el 50% integrado por mujeres, fomentando productos y servicios financieros a negocios en m\u00e1s de 21 regiones del
